Greetings of the Winter Solstice
How did this Happen? It is Dec 12 and Winter Solstice and the turniing of year from lengthening days to days that grow shorter and move toward spring is almost here! Lann and I are just home from our last road show of the year, Anne's Web in Salinas and now we turn fully to getting ready for the holidays. New up on the website are some SPECTACULAR Spinning Wheel and Loom Packages for the holidays. These are specials are limited to stock on hand so check them out SOON!
Winter is the time for me when i get some of my own personal projects moved forward - i am knitting an Adult Baby Suprise Jacket, starting a washcloth exchange with my spinning class, weaving lots of tea towels and warping the Horoscope Shawl from GGFI 2009. We
are already planning the next Summer Intensive of the Golden Gate
Fiber Institute. The dates will be August 8-15, 2010 - so mark your
calendars and watch for more information. The teacher line up is FABULOUS and i am so excited i can hardly wait to get the class descriptions back and up on the website.
I am in San Francisco until time to
leave for TNNA and then gone only for a short time - so check shop hours and
stop by for a visit.

fleeces in white and natural colors.
